By accessing and using Glyde (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Glyde is an AI-powered chat application that provides:

Prompt optimization and enhancement
Quick action suggestions and follow-up questions

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Glyde. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Reliance on AI-generated content or responses
Inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate AI responses
Loss of memories or data due to technical issues
Service interruptions or API failures
Third-party AI model provider issues
Data processing or storage errors

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
